Mikhail Sosunov vs Kir Zubkov

Boxing Daily Report from the Shongwe Promotions promoted show at Konstantin Suleymanov Gym, Berezniki,  taking place on 30/10/2026:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Russia-Perm Krai Super Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Mikhail Sosunov (7 - 12(1) - 2) who hails from Perm, Russia and Kir Zubkov(13 - 5 - 4) from Perm, Russia.  Both Sosunov and Zubkov weighed in at 168 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Isaak Khoroshilov, and the three ringside judges are Anton Zobnin, Ivan Obolensky and Isaak Khoroshilov.  

Round 1: 

Zubkov pivots to the side of his opponent and lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents head.
