Borya Popov vs Daniil Tchepikov

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Russia-Nizhny Novgorod Oblast promoted show at Nizhny Novgorod Bogdanov, Nizhny Novgorod,  taking place on 31/10/2026:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Russia-Nizhny Novgorod Oblast Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Eurosport Russia, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Borya Popov (8 - 9 - 2) who hails from Nizhny Novgorod, Russia and Daniil Tchepikov(6 - 5 - 2) from Nizhny Novgorod, Russia.  Both Popov and Tchepikov weighed in at 112 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Fedor Savrasenko, and the three ringside judges are Melor Rodin, Fedar Mosin and Fadei Rakowski.
