Naoki Kawasaki vs Yutaka Fujii

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Japan-Kanagawa promoted show at Jiro Seki Gym, Yokohama,  taking place on 01/11/2026:

Clearly AI Japan-Kanagawa have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Japan-Kanagawa Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Naoki Kawasaki (6 - 10 - 1) who hails from Yokohama, Japan and Yutaka Fujii(7 - 8 - 2) from Yokohama, Japan.  Both Kawasaki and Fujii weighed in at 118 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Hajime Takagi, and the three ringside judges are Kyo Kimura, Kyo Okamura and Keiichi Hatanaka.  

Round 1: 

Fujii closes the distance.  Fujii sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Kawasaki hits home with a right hook.  
Kawasaki steps away from his opponent.  Kawasaki sidesteps to the right of his opponent and lands a jab.  
Fujii lands a jab.  
Kawasaki steps to the outside and hits home with a cross.
