Emilio Barbero vs Fresco Macario

Boxing Daily Report from the Eduardo Zambrano promoted show at Maracay Luna, Maracay,  taking place on 04/11/2026:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Venezuela-Aragua Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Meridiano TV, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Emilio Barbero (11(1) - 0) who hails from Maracay, Venezuela and Fresco Macario(22 - 1) from Maracay, Venezuela.  Barbero weighed in at 160 pounds, while Macario weighed in at 159 pounds And 14 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Diego Hernandes, and the three ringside judges are Montel Barabas, Nicandro Callejas and Montana Amado.
