Phang Phong vs Vinh Duong

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Vietnam-North promoted show at Da Nang Dinh, Da Nang,  taking place on 05/11/2026:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Vietnam Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on VT6, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Phang Phong (9 - 1 - 1) who hails from Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam and Vinh Duong(11 - 4 - 1) from Hanoi, Vietnam.  Phong weighed in at 159 pounds and 15 ounces, while Duong weighed in at 160 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Co Duc, and the three ringside judges are Pho Bao, Than Chinh and Minh Tuan.
