Elliot Thomas vs Dennis McCaskey

Boxing Daily Report from the Mainza Promotions promoted show at Britannia Bolton Hotel, Bolton,  taking place on 06/11/2026:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the British-Northern England Super Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Elliot Thomas (3 - 10 - 3) who hails from Bradford, UK and Dennis McCaskey(8 - 11(2) - 1) from Leeds, UK.  Thomas weighed in at 168 pounds, while McCaskey weighed in at 167 pounds and 14 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Gyn Gwenn, and the three ringside judges are Stephen Kennedy, Joey Burn and Clinton Torrens.  

Round 1: 

Thomas lands a jab.  
As the two fighters work on the inside, their heads come together!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Thomas dabs at his face checking for damage.

McCaskey closes the distance and throws a right uppercut, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a left uppercut.
