Boxing Daily Report from the African Fusion promoted show at Ellis Park Arena, Johannesburg,  taking place on 02/01/2027:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the South Africa Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on SABC1, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Vashon The Mad Duck Magqwaka (14(5) - 2) who hails from Soweto, South Africa and Quoitrel Burja(12(1) - 2(1) - 1) from Katlehong, South Africa.  Both Magqwaka and Burja weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Justus De Vries, and the three ringside judges are Quoitrel Sotyu, Tshepo Nqakula and Kyan Majola.
