Pancho Murguia vs Diego Pozos

Boxing Daily Report from the Mwase Promotions promoted show at Santiago Quintana, Santiago,  taking place on 16/10/2026:

Clearly Mwase Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Chile Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on UCV, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Pancho Murguia (10 - 3) who hails from Las Condes, Chile and Diego Pozos(6 - 5 - 1) from Maipu, Chile.  Both Murguia and Pozos weighed in at 112 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Dario Salguero, and the three ringside judges are Xavion Pinel, Fidel Otero and Vicente Lama.
