Dylan Kabungama vs Kasi Frimpong

Boxing Daily Report from the African Fusion promoted show at Ellis Park Arena, Johannesburg,  taking place on 14/11/2026:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Southern African Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on SABC1, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Dylan Kabungama (18(1) - 4 - 3) who hails from Cape Town, South Africa and Kasi Frimpong(16 - 6) from Durban, South Africa.  Both Kabungama and Frimpong weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Johnny Kamalebo, and the three ringside judges are Simba Bariagher, John Kisombo and Luvolwethu Motupa.
