Francisco Mijares vs Cuba Prados

Boxing Daily Report from the Konadu Promotions promoted show at Guatemala City Pozo, Guatemala City,  taking place on 20/10/2026:

Clearly Konadu Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Guatemala-Guatemala Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Francisco Mijares (7 - 5) who hails from Guatemala City, Guatemala and Cuba Prados(7 - 2 - 2) from Villa Nueva, Guatemala.  Both Mijares and Prados weighed in at 160 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Fausto Loya, and the three ringside judges are Rico Capo, Francisco Copas and Onofre Toro.
