Newell Joubert vs Waltier Bel

Boxing Daily Report from the Mini Promotions promoted show at Croix des Bouqets Fontaine, Croix des Bouqets,  taking place on 21/10/2026:

Clearly Mini Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Haiti-Ouest Super Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Newell Joubert (5 - 15 - 1) who hails from Delmas, Haiti and Waltier Bel(9 - 6(1) - 3) from Carrefour, Haiti.  Both Joubert and Bel weighed in at 122 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Gerald Oltz, and the three ringside judges are Coyne Duchamp, Olympe Lasalle and Phillippe Ledoyen.
