Makalo Adusei vs Ian Bariagher

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Ghana-Ashanti promoted show at Kumasi Adu, Kumasi,  taking place on 16/11/2026:

Clearly AI Ghana-Ashanti have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Ghana-Ashanti Light Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Makalo Adusei (10 - 7 - 4) who hails from Kumasi, Ghana and Ian Bariagher(7 - 11 - 1) from Kumasi, Ghana.  Adusei weighed in at 175 pounds, while Bariagher weighed in at 174 pounds and 10 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Rob Adjei, and the three ringside judges are Tamarius Ankomah, Chata Ankrah and Brad Kyei.  

Round 1:
