Jerrold Asuncion vs Selestino Corona

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Honduras-Francisco Morazan promoted show at Juan Barriga Gym, Tegucigalpa,  taking place on 21/10/2026:

Clearly AI Honduras-Francisco Morazan have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Honduras-Francisco Morazan Super Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Jerrold Asuncion (9 - 6 - 4) who hails from Tegucigalpa, Honduras and Selestino Corona(6 - 10(1) - 4) from Tegucigalpa, Honduras.  Both Asuncion and Corona weighed in at 154 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Santiago Frutos, and the three ringside judges are Dimos Muniz, Luis Sereno and Diego Montilla.
