Boxing Daily Report from the Rourke & Salvador promoted show at Orfeo Superdome, Córdoba,  taking place on 19/12/2026:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the South American Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on America Sports, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Juan Rubi (20(2) - 5) who hails from Córdoba, Argentina and Orlando Requena(17 - 3(1)) from Santa Cruz de la Sierra, Bolivia.  Rubi weighed in at 146 pounds and 14 ounces, while Requena weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Ramiro Candela, and the three ringside judges are Lisandro Bracero, Jaguar Simeon and Urvano Bolivar.
