Nico Fortuna vs Mariano Bernacchi

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Italy-Sicily promoted show at San Paolo Palace, Palermo,  taking place on 22/11/2026:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Italy Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Eurosport Italia, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Nico Fortuna (15 - 5 - 3) who hails from Palermo, Italy and Mariano Bernacchi(13 - 8(1) - 1) from Naples, Italy.  Both Fortuna and Bernacchi weighed in at 118 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Angelo Misserville, and the three ringside judges are Gianmarco Folena, Leonardo Bartolini and Mauro Cavallari.
