Mark Doughty vs Wayne Candlish

Boxing Daily Report from the AI USA-Illinois promoted show at Dan Hilson Gym, Rockford,  taking place on 23/11/2026:

Clearly AI USA-Illinois have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-Illinois Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Mark Doughty (3 - 17 - 1) who hails from Chicago, USA and Wayne Candlish(13 - 12 - 4) from Chicago, USA.  Both Doughty and Candlish weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Ethan Bukowski, and the three ringside judges are Wayne Gregor, Will Girvin and Rob Dockter.
