Miguel Puentes vs Juan Cruz

Boxing Daily Report from the Chilembe Promotions promoted show at Havana Calle, Havana,  taking place on 24/11/2026:

Clearly Chilembe Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Cuba-Havana Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Miguel Puentes (13 - 2(1)) who hails from Havana, Cuba and Juan Cruz(11 - 4 - 4) from Havana, Cuba.  Both Puentes and Cruz weighed in at 160 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Ponce Barro, and the three ringside judges are Reyes Amaro, Lisandro Abela and Berto Marcelino.
