Yakubu Chikelu vs Prince Thompson

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Nigeria-Borno State promoted show at Majid Saah Gym, Bama,  taking place on 26/11/2026:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Nigeria-Borno State Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Yakubu Chikelu (6 - 4(1) - 2) who hails from Maiduguri, Nigeria and Prince Thompson(10 - 2 - 1) from Maiduguri, Nigeria.  Chikelu weighed in at 139 pounds and 11 ounces, while Thompson weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Patrick Ekoku, and the three ringside judges are Olufemi Doda, Patrick Ekoku and Sam Igbinadolor.
