Sajid Albariqi vs Majid Datley

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Saudi Arabia-East promoted show at Riyadh Atwi, Riyadh,  taking place on 31/10/2026:

Clearly AI Saudi Arabia-East have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Saudi Arabia-East Super Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Sajid Albariqi (15 - 7 - 3) who hails from Riyadh, Saudi Arabia and Majid Datley(1 - 23) from Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.  Albariqi weighed in at 154 pounds, while Datley weighed in at 153 pounds and 11 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Rehman Yaseen, and the three ringside judges are Amer Bagheri, Farhan Mahmoud and Abdul Naif.
