Petchwanchai Chiayong vs Bilal Khalili

Boxing Daily Report from the Latvia Boxing promoted show at Indoor Stadium Huamark, Bangkok,  taking place on 16/01/2027:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on TrueVisions Sport, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Petchwanchai Chiayong (21(18) - 1) who hails from Bangkok, Thailand and Bilal Khalili(14(1) - 4(2) - 2) from Mashhad, Iran.  Both Chiayong and Khalili weighed in at 115 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Norasing Sanprapai, and the three ringside judges are Teerachai Letnakornsee, Rachamongkol Nukulsompratana and Bualong Thingsookkaew.  

Round 1:

Khalili sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Chiayong lands a straight 1 - 2.  
Khalili tries to land a jab, but Chiayong sidesteps and counters with a right hook to his opponents body.

Chiayong steps away from his opponent and tries to land a jab, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a right uppercut.

Khalili closes the distance.  Chiayong thinks he can end the show early....he's looking to put Khalili away.  Chiayong lands a SAVAGE left hook.  KHALILI IS DROPPED TO THE CANVAS!  HE UNSTEADILY TRIES TO GET UP BUT IS UNABLE TO BEAT THE 10 COUNT!  The winner by KO is Chiayong!
