Selestino Vera vs Aimon Bracamonte

Boxing Daily Report from the Gold Coast Promotions promoted show at Coliseo Polideportivo, Lima,  taking place on 19/12/2026:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  On the line tonight are the South American Lightweight and Peru Lightweight titles.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Selestino Vera (14(11) - 1) who hails from Huacho, Peru and Aimon Bracamonte(12 - 2(1)) from Lima, Peru.  Both Vera and Bracamonte weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Orlando Blando, and the three ringside judges are Diego Lara, Xaverius Arredondo and Diego Bras.  

Round 1: 

Vera switches the action to the outside and lands a jab followed by a overhand left to his opponents head.

Bracamonte could be stopped here, if Vera can find the right shot!  Vera lands a left uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents head, AND DOWN GOES BRACAMONTE!  He is on his feet as the count reaches 8.  Bracamonte now appears to have recovered from that earlier shot.
