Boxing Daily Report from the Joram Promotions promoted show at Montevideo Yepes, Montevideo,  taking place on 01/12/2026:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Uruguay Super Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Fox Sports Latin America, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Santiago Marto (11 - 1 - 1) who hails from Montevideo, Uruguay and Juan Guardia(10(1) - 1) from Montevideo, Uruguay.  Marto weighed in at 168 pounds, while Guardia weighed in at 167 pounds and 1 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Marjun Pecha, and the three ringside judges are Santiago Remedios, Reyes Olmedo and Santiago Remedios.
