Gianluca Beccalossi vs Vito De Simone

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Italy-Liguria promoted show at Alessandro De Bacco Gym, La Spezia,  taking place on 01/12/2026:

Clearly AI Italy-Liguria have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Italy-Liguria Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Gianluca Beccalossi (5 - 7 - 3) who hails from Genoa, Italy and Vito De Simone(3 - 10 - 4) from Genoa, Italy.  Both Beccalossi and De Simone weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Emilio Benetti, and the three ringside judges are Marco Masoero, Bernardo Prosperini and Pepe Cusano.

The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Beccalossi dabs at his face checking for damage.  Beccalossi has taken some damage from that accidental headbutt.  That has caused slight swelling  around the right eye.
