Zacarias Ciervo vs Xabat Vasques

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Venezuela-Lara promoted show at Barquisimeto Montez, Barquisimeto,  taking place on 01/12/2026:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Venezuela-Lara Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Meridiano TV, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Zacarias Ciervo (15 - 1) who hails from Barquisimeto, Venezuela and Xabat Vasques(14 - 2 - 4) from Barquisimeto, Venezuela.  Both Ciervo and Vasques weighed in at 112 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Elias Casados, and the three ringside judges are Santiago Cardiel, Rodrigo Manas and Fanuco Caro.
