Boxing Daily Report from the Gold Coast Promotions promoted show at Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre, Gold Coast,  taking place on 19/12/2026:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  On the line tonight is the Oceania Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are John McBryde (21(5) - 1(1)) who hails from Melbourne, Australia and Richie Sillars(15(5) - 5(4)) from Adelaide, Australia.  McBryde weighed in at 111 pounds and 12 ounces, while Sillars weighed in at 112 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Sammy Feamster, and the three ringside judges are Richie Higgins, Neil McAllaster and Barry Forbes.
