Tobias Ndogo vs David Kapondi

Boxing Daily Report from the Konga Promotions promoted show at Haaris Haque Gym, Nairobi,  taking place on 02/12/2026:

Clearly Konga Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Kenya-Nairobi Super Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Tobias Ndogo (8 - 5 - 8) who hails from Nairobi, Kenya and David Kapondi(9 - 6 - 4) from Nairobi, Kenya.  Ndogo weighed in at 114 pounds and 13 ounces, while Kapondi weighed in at 115 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Shaun Arusei, and the three ringside judges are Chris Birir, Rehan Abed and Stuart Lone.
