Louis Ikande vs Bright Garuba

Boxing Daily Report from the Munatamba Promotions promoted show at Benin City Waseer, Benin City,  taking place on 02/12/2026:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Nigeria-Edo State Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Louis Ikande (3 - 1) who hails from Benin City, Nigeria and Bright Garuba(13 - 1) from Benin City, Nigeria.  Both Ikande and Garuba weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Yakubu Ezeifekaibeya, and the three ringside judges are John Okri, Emem Obiorah and Amer Halaby.
