Ewan Buros vs Paul Ruane

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Australia-Western Australia promoted show at Perth MacPhee, Perth,  taking place on 05/12/2026:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Australia-Western Australia Cruiserweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Ewan Buros (9 - 4 - 2) who hails from Perth, Australia and Paul Ruane(2 - 3) from Perth, Australia.  Both Buros and Ruane weighed in at 200 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Oscar MacKechnie, and the three ringside judges are Euan Gregor, John Drummond and Fraser Trimble.  

Round 1: 

Ruane walks his opponent onto the ropes.  Buros tries to land a right hook, but Ruane sidesteps and counters with a left uppercut.
