Marcel Jacob vs Geron Beau

Boxing Daily Report from the TFI promoted show at Marriott Port-au-Prince Hotel, Port-au-Prince,  taking place on 22/12/2026:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  On the line tonight is the Haiti Super Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Marcel Jacob (17(6) - 0) who hails from Carrefour, Haiti and Geron Beau(11 - 6(1) - 1) from Croix des Bouqets, Haiti.  Jacob weighed in at 153 pounds and 12 ounces, while Beau weighed in at 154 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Franchot Castile, and the three ringside judges are Jemond Florian, Byron Jadin and Jacques de Laclos.  

Round 1: 

Jacob lands a solid left uppercut.  Jacob clinches his opponent.  Jacob is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref separates the two fighters.

Jacob lands a sharp jab.  Jacob tries to land a cross, but Beau slips the shot and counters with a cross.  
Jacob closes the distance and lands a right hook to the head followed by a left hook to the body.
