Veysal Nadzhafov vs Yusif Gasanzade

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Azerbaijan-Absheron promoted show at Baku Madani, Baku,  taking place on 13/11/2026:

Clearly AI Azerbaijan-Absheron have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Azerbaijan-Absheron Super Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Veysal Nadzhafov (13(1) - 4) who hails from Baku, Azerbaijan and Yusif Gasanzade(3 - 4 - 3) from Baku, Azerbaijan.  Nadzhafov weighed in at 114 pounds and 14 ounces, while Gasanzade weighed in at 115 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Shamil Abdurrahmirov, and the three ringside judges are Asgar Aslanov, Waleed Khokhar and Vahid Jamal.
