Phil Hope vs Adam Kimmons

Boxing Daily Report from the Hennessy Boxing promoted show at Carrara Indoor Sports Centre, Gold Coast,  taking place on 12/12/2026:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 8 round matchup are Phil Hope (1 - 0) who hails from Sunshine Coast, Australia and Adam Kimmons(5 - 6(2) - 1) from Sydney, Australia.  Both Hope and Kimmons weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Hugh Durie, and the three ringside judges are Francesco Ghiglia, Zain Sharifi and Ian Corrie.  

Round 1: 

Hope lands a jab.  
Kimmons lands a left hook.  
Kimmons pivots to the left of his opponent.  Hope lands a cross.
