Borg Landa vs Eevert Verkko

Boxing Daily Report from the Valhalla promotions promoted show at Sportsplassen, Oslo,  taking place on 19/12/2026:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Northern Europe Super Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Borg Landa (21(12) - 0) who hails from Oslo, Norway and Eevert Verkko(18 - 6(5) - 2) from Turku, Finland.  Landa weighed in at 130 pounds, while Verkko weighed in at 129 pounds and 14 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Oddvar Walstad, and the three ringside judges are Leif Gilbertsen, Ulfred Dahling and Oliver Finstad.  

Round 1:
