Nikica Dakic vs Milan Blagojevic

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Croatia-Primorje-Gorski promoted show at Tin Rajic Gym, Rijeka,  taking place on 15/11/2026:

Clearly AI Croatia-Primorje-Gorski have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Croatia-Primorje-Gorski Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Nikica Dakic (9 - 1) who hails from Rijeka, Croatia and Milan Blagojevic(9 - 6(1) - 1) from Rijeka, Croatia.  Both Dakic and Blagojevic weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Stipe Mikacic, and the three ringside judges are Domagoj Škvorc, Dragan Vitez and Nediljko Mimica.  

Round 1: 

Dakic lands with a hard jab.  
Blagojevic steps inside.  Dakic pivots from in front of his opponent.  Blagojevic tries to land a left hook, but his opponent parries the shot and counters with a left hook.

As the two fighters work on the inside, their heads come together!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Blagojevic dabs at his face checking for damage.  
Blagojevic steps inside.  Dakic tries to land a left hook, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a right hook to Dakic's body.  
Blagojevic steps to the outside.  Dakic lands a double jab to his opponents head.

Blagojevic pivots to the right of his opponent.  Dakic lands a straight 1 - 2.  
Blagojevic gets on the inside and attempts to land a right hook, but Dakic parries the shot and counters with a right uppercut.  
Dakic lands a jab followed by a overhand right to his opponents head.  
Dakic is on target with an overhand right.  
Dakic lands with a spiteful jab.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Blagojevic's trainer is suggesting ways of getting through to his opponent.  Blagojevic's trainer is telling his fighter he needs to be more active or he's going to get outworked.

Dakic wants to work on the inside, but accidentally clashes heads with his opponent!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Blagojevic dabs at his face checking for damage.    It looks like the clash of heads has caused some damage to Blagojevic.  That has caused slight swelling  around the right eye.

Blagojevic closes the distance.  Dakic attempts to land a right hook, but Blagojevic blocks the shot and counters with a stinging right hook to his opponents body.

Dakic is looking to keep the action on the outside and tries to land a jab, but Blagojevic slips the shot and counters with a solid right uppercut.  
Blagojevic gets on the inside.  As Blagojevic tries to work on the inside, the fighters heads come together!  The ref steps in and separates the two fighters to check for damage.  Its not looking good!  The ref has ruled that the fight cannot continue due to the accidental damage.  As less than 4 rounds have been completed its going to be a no-contest!
