Boxing Daily Report from the AI India-Gujurat promoted show at Ahmedabad Iyer, Ahmedabad,  taking place on 13/12/2026:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the South Asian Light Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on TEN Sports, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Abhay Sankar (7 - 2(1) - 1) who hails from Ahmedabad, India and Amer Farooqui(11(1) - 4 - 3) from Ahmedabad, India.  Both Sankar and Farooqui weighed in at 175 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Jyotish Balmuchu, and the three ringside judges are Adnan Odeh, Yasin Sinai and Ajeet Matthai.
