Joaquin Monforte vs Javier Leon

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Chile-Valparaiso promoted show at Viba del Mar Pedrosa, Viba del Mar,  taking place on 16/12/2026:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Chile Super Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on UCV, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Joaquin Monforte (9 - 8 - 3) who hails from Valparaiso, Chile and Javier Leon(16(6) - 6(2)) from La Florida, Chile.  Both Monforte and Leon weighed in at 115 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Alejandro Delangel, and the three ringside judges are Cuba Mojica, Oro Borge and Javier Melero.  

Round 1:
