Jean Niel vs Paul Edgar

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Canada-Quebec promoted show at Montreal Signoret, Montreal,  taking place on 17/12/2026:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Canada Super Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Fight Network, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Jean Niel (6 - 8 - 2) who hails from Montreal, Canada and Paul Edgar(16(1) - 3) from Vancouver, Canada.  Both Niel and Edgar weighed in at 115 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Sid Leys, and the three ringside judges are Erec Adore, Henry Popkin and Brendan Aitken.
