Harry Osmond vs Ian Doughty

Boxing Daily Report from the Melvin Grayshock Promotions promoted show at San Diego Mallen, San Diego,  taking place on 17/12/2026:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-Pacific Super Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Harry Osmond (9 - 8 - 1) who hails from Eugene, USA and Ian Doughty(11 - 1 - 2) from Los Angeles, USA.  Osmond weighed in at 114 pounds And 15 ounces, while Doughty weighed in at 114 pounds And 11 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Felix Gibson, and the three ringside judges are Sid Marcial, Ben Banos and Billy Fergusson.  

Round 1: 

Osmond wants to work on the inside, but accidentally clashes heads with his opponent!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Doughty dabs at his face checking for damage.
