Boxing Daily Report from the Smoking Joe promoted show at Memorial Civic Auditorium, Stockton,  taking place on 06/01/2027:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are John Lights Out Blair (21(16) - 0) who hails from Oakland, USA and Isidro Rodiguez(19 - 3) from Guayaquil, Ecuador.  Blair weighed in at 139 pounds and 8 ounces, while Rodiguez weighed in at 139 pounds and 11 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Cruz Arebalo, and the three ringside judges are Gazi Pasha, Chris Jones and Barry Sabado.  

Round 1: 

Blair lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head.

Rodiguez steps inside and walks Blair onto the ropes.  Blair lands a right hook followed by a right uppercut to his opponents head, AND STUNS HIS OPPONENT!  Blair tries to land a right hook, but Rodiguez slips the shot and counters with a left uppercut to his opponents body.  Rodiguez recovers before his opponent can take advantage. 
Rodiguez throws a jab, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a spiteful cross.  RODIGUEZ IS DOWN!  He manages to get up at 4.  
Blair switches the action to the outside and connects with a FIERCE cross.  IT LOOKS LIKE RODIGUEZ WAS HURT BY THAT SHOT!  
Blair is looking to keep the action on the outside.  Rodiguez could be stopped here, if Blair can find the right shot!  Blair lands a left uppercut, right uppercut and a left hook to his opponents head, AND RODIGUEZ IS DOWN!  He is on his feet as the count reaches 6.  It looks like Rodiguez has now recovered from that shot earlier.  
Rodiguez lands a cross.  
Blair is looking to keep the action on the outside and lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head.  
Blair sidesteps to the left of his opponent and lands a solid cross.  
Blair DETONATES a DESTRUCTIVE overhand right on his opponents face.  RODIGUEZ IS DROPPED TO THE CANVAS!  THE REF DOES NOT GIVE RODIGUEZ THE CHANCE TO BEAT THE COUNT...HE'S STOPPING THE FIGHT!  The fight has been stopped!  The winner by TKO is Blair!
