Nao Koizumi vs Daichi Matsushima

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Japan-Aichi promoted show at Shinji Sugimoto Gym, Nagoya,  taking place on 20/12/2026:

Clearly AI Japan-Aichi have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Japan-Aichi Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Nao Koizumi (9 - 5 - 2) who hails from Toyota, Japan and Daichi Matsushima(5 - 10 - 5) from Toyohashi, Japan.  Both Koizumi and Matsushima weighed in at 126 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Isamu Tano, and the three ringside judges are Kazuki Tsuda, Hideki Kawasaki and Aoi Imada.
