Peter McCleary vs Seamus Taggart

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Ireland-Munster promoted show at Munster Hall, Limerick,  taking place on 22/12/2026:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Irish-Munster Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Peter McCleary (17(3) - 5(3) - 2) who hails from Limerick, Ireland and Seamus Taggart(6 - 11 - 3) from Cork, Ireland.  Both McCleary and Taggart weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Henry Ross, and the three ringside judges are Evan Mohan, Nathan Donnelly and Evan Coghlan.
