Arun Tanwar vs Ashoka Parikh

Boxing Daily Report from the Bos Firefighters promoted show at Netaji Indoor Stadium, Kolkata,  taking place on 09/01/2027:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a final eliminator for the India Super Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Star Sports, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Arun Tanwar (14 - 5(3) - 3) who hails from Mumbai, India and Ashoka Parikh(9 - 3 - 2) from Ghaziabad, India.  Tanwar weighed in at 122 pounds, while Parikh weighed in at 121 pounds and 11 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Mandeep Banerjee, and the three ringside judges are Karan Vijay, Praveen Rao and Devdas Bahri.
