Salvador Escamilla vs Carlos Bitagon

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Philippines-Misamis Oriental promoted show at Antonio Alingog Gym, Gingoog,  taking place on 28/11/2026:

Clearly AI Philippines-Misamis Oriental have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Philippines-Misamis Oriental Light Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Salvador Escamilla (7 - 7 - 1) who hails from Cagayan de Oro, Philippines and Carlos Bitagon(15 - 0) from Cagayan de Oro, Philippines.  Escamilla weighed in at 108 pounds, while Bitagon weighed in at 107 pounds and 15 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Kiki Bermejo, and the three ringside judges are Tajo Gannod, Marjun Baylon and Bronco Rubio.
