Fedar Makarov vs Valeri Shimko

Boxing Daily Report from the Rabiu Promotions promoted show at Barnaul Golovkin, Barnaul,  taking place on 29/11/2026:

Clearly Rabiu Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Russia-Altai Krai Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Fedar Makarov (9 - 4 - 3) who hails from Biysk, Russia and Valeri Shimko(11 - 7 - 2) from Barnaul, Russia.  Both Makarov and Shimko weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Sasha Shapovalov, and the three ringside judges are Boris Melnikoff, Toma Zaretsky and Sasha Shapovalov.
