Boxing Daily Report from the Bolivar Fighting promoted show at Cartagena Hernandez, Cartagena,  taking place on 28/12/2026:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Colombia Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on CARACOL, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Fresco Esquilin (12 - 6(1)) who hails from Palmira, Colombia and Antonio Hermida(18 - 0 - 2) from Cartagena, Colombia.  Esquilin weighed in at 229 pounds And 8 ounces, while Hermida weighed in at 243 pounds And 9 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Vicente Telleria, and the three ringside judges are Joaquin Matas, Fidel Canizales and Ramiro Cubero.
