Umi Quansah vs Marten Kuiper

Boxing Daily Report from the AI South Africa-Gauteng promoted show at Jackson Mkhize Gym, Soweto,  taking place on 30/11/2026:

Clearly AI South Africa-Gauteng have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the South Africa-Gauteng Super Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Umi Quansah (4 - 13 - 2) who hails from Mamelodi, South Africa and Marten Kuiper(2 - 2) from Soweto, South Africa.  Quansah weighed in at 153 pounds and 9 ounces, while Kuiper weighed in at 154 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Quaashie Duncan, and the three ringside judges are Here Van Heerden, Phumelele Mkhize and Ontibile Nyauza.
