Boxing Daily Report from the North Star Boxing promoted show at The Vic Theater, Chicago,  taking place on 09/02/2027:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are John McFarlane (16 - 0) who hails from Rockford, USA and Chris Ohlund(12 - 6 - 3) from Cleveland, USA.  McFarlane weighed in at 159 pounds and 12 ounces, while Ohlund weighed in at 160 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Will Girvin, and the three ringside judges are Noel Hart, David Ridall and Nathan Espy.  

Round 1: 

Ohlund steps to the outside.  McFarlane lands an overhand right.
