Eloy Rozas vs Luis Mancia

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Philippines-Cebu promoted show at Cebu City Mattos, Cebu City,  taking place on 29/12/2026:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Philippines Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on IBC, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Eloy Rozas (13 - 2) who hails from Cebu City, Philippines and Luis Mancia(18 - 2) from Cagayan de Oro, Philippines.  Rozas weighed in at 135 pounds, while Mancia weighed in at 134 pounds and 8 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Mark Labuanan, and the three ringside judges are Rob Camcam, Ricardo Olvera and Hernan Maez.
