Fidel Parras vs Leonardo Carballo

Boxing Daily Report from the Rourke & Salvador promoted show at Orfeo Superdome, Córdoba,  taking place on 16/01/2027:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Argentina Super Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on America Sports, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Fidel Parras (14 - 1(1)) who hails from Córdoba, Argentina and Leonardo Carballo(12 - 9(1) - 1) from Buenos Aires, Argentina.  Both Parras and Carballo weighed in at 122 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Lisandro Bracero, and the three ringside judges are Gervasio Pio, Ponce Tinoco and Juan Plasencia.
