Bronco Astorga vs Malvolio Gabriel

Boxing Daily Report from the Rourke & Salvador promoted show at Parque Palermo, Montevideo,  taking place on 14/01/2027:

Clearly Rourke & Salvador have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Fox Sports Latin America, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Bronco Astorga (9(3) - 0) who hails from Montevideo, Uruguay and Malvolio Gabriel(4 - 12 - 3) from Montevideo, Uruguay.  Both Astorga and Gabriel weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Neron Archibeque, and the three ringside judges are Reyes Olmedo, Joaquin Santin and Desiderio Cuesta.  

Round 1: 

Astorga lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head.

Astorga steps away from his opponent and finds the target with a hard jab.  
Astorga lands a cross followed by a overhand right to his opponents head, AND HIS OPPONENT IS HURT!  Gabriel quickly recovers.

Gabriel advances into close range.  Astorga drives a left hook into his opponents ribs.  Astorga ties up his opponent.  Astorga is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Astorga about fouling.
