Amjad Gamal vs Umair Qazi

Boxing Daily Report from the Yarjanyan Promotions promoted show at Alexandria Badawi, Alexandria,  taking place on 30/12/2026:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Egypt-Alexandria Super Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Modern Sport, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Amjad Gamal (13(1) - 1) who hails from Alexandria, Egypt and Umair Qazi(9 - 6 - 1) from Alexandria, Egypt.  Gamal weighed in at 115 pounds, while Qazi weighed in at 114 pounds and 9 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Atif Hussein, and the three ringside judges are Amer Qazi, Asif Abdelnour and Kamran Ahmad.
